About our chapter
Future Business Leaders of America is the largest career and technical student organization in the world. Our chapter at WW-P High School South is new and rebuilding!

What is FBLA?
Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is a national student organization that focuses on business and leadership education. It provides opportunities for students to participate in academic competitions, leadership conferences, and community service activities. FBLA has divisions for middle school, high school, and college students, making it one of the largest career and technical student organizations in the world.

Established in 1976
West Windsor High School South chartered their first local school chapter in 1976. The chapter ran for thirty years prior to going on a hiatus in 2006. With parent, student and administrative support, Future Business Leaders of America is returned to High School South in the 2025-2026 school year.

Our Goal
To rebuild and reestablish our FBLA chapter as a vibrant, student-driven organization that inspires leadership, fosters career readiness, and builds a sense of community through engaging, hands-on learning experiences and fun, inclusive events. By reigniting schoolwide interest after a 19-year hiatus, we aim to develop future business leaders who embody professionalism, creativity, and collaboration while making FBLA a cornerstone of school spirit and success.

Community Service
Find ways to support and serve the community and raise awareness for the well-being of others. Strengthens collaboration and social skills.

Social Relations
Develop our online presence across social media, the website, and press — covering service work, workshops, and competition results.

Partnership & Fundraising
Build innovative ways for the chapter to raise money for community service and local, state, and national competitions.

Events Planning
Design and execute programs that support our mission, working with every committee on budget, audience, and attendance.

Educational Workshops
Lead workshops, tutorials, and community programming, and give peers feedback on presentations before their final performance.
